Yoga: An Intuitive Movement and Breath Practice with Libby Nicholaou

This 60-minute yoga class combines breath and movement, inviting your intuitive self to emerge.

You will cycle through fluid repetitions of familiar yoga flows and shapes. Music will energize your movements. Your movement and breath will become rhythmic. Stagnant energy will clear.

You’ll leave this class feeling light, open, and radiant.

This is an open level practice, welcoming people of all abilities. However, it is recommended that pregnant folks attend our natal classes instead of this one.

Libby Nicholaou (she/her) is a yoga and meditation practitioner who is dedicated to building community and sharing practices that support people in accessing inner clarity, intergenerational healing, and equanimity. She has completed over 700 hours of training, including tantra meditation, yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, and prenatal yoga. She supports people in achieving better sleep, releasing tension, and healing aches, especially for the postpartum body. Libby offers practices that bring awareness to the subtle body, creating spaciousness in the mind, vibrance in the body, and compassion from the heart.
