Reiki Level 2 Certification
Pre-requisite: Reiki Level 1, with any teacher (can be bundled with Level 1 training on Saturday)
Reiki Level 2 prepares us to work with the emotional, subconscious, and spiritual levels of the subtle body, bringing a profound depth to the healing potential of this modality. As Reiki channeling techniques are refined, Level 2 trainees are also introduced to symbols that shape the frequency of the Reiki energy and allow it to be transmitted across Distance and Time.
This training includes:
-Integration of the second degree Reiki Symbols
-Exploration of energy systems, including the chakras, layers of the energy body, and subconscious/unconscious energy flow
-Protocol for offering a distance session, group sessions, and other expansive offerings
-Alternate methods for transmitting Reiki outside the use of the hands
-Reiki across time, younger selves, and future selves
-Deepening methods for self-healing and trauma-focused considerations
-A Level 2 attunement, sealed for life, followed by a Yoga Nidra practice to integrate the experience
-Level 2 practice manual
-Other topics of interest, depending on time available
We will meet from 9am-5pm with a one hour lunch break.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Mikella Millen (she/they) is a Reiki Master Teacher, licensed Art Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, Medium, Tantric Meditation Teacher, and Yoga Nidra facilitator. She brings over 15 years of experience facilitating trauma healing with individuals, couples, and groups, and developed an approach to incorporating Reiki principles into clinical practice called Reiki-informed Psychotherapy.
For Mikella, Reiki is a lifestyle that links many different forms of healing, self-care, and meditative technique. Her integrative perspective welcome prospective trainees from all backgrounds including psychotherapists, coaches, medical professionals, hospice workers, massage therapists, intuitives, astrologers, those seeking support for their own self-healing, and anyone else who is interested in deepening their relationship to spiritual energy.
