This Mother’s Day, join us for a 4-hour wellness experience designed to restore you from the inside out—guided by Libby Nicholaou. Together, we’ll move, rest, nourish, and replenish.
Imagine walking into a sun-filled storefront in Kingston’s Rondout. You’re welcomed warmly at the door, and as you make your way into the yoga studio, you find familiar faces and new ones—mothers settling in, chatting, exhaling.
Sunlight streams through windows that face the backyard. The wood and cotton feel soft around your yoga mat. Rose lingers in the air. Birdsong outside. This is a place where you can fully let go.
This is for you—a space where you can receive.
After yoga, you head upstairs for a nutrient-rich meal, hot tea, and whatever calls to you—sauna, BioMat, massage, herbal shower, tarot deck, easy conversation. Venture into the backyard and eat your lunch in the sun, or find a quiet corner to journal under a tree. The afternoon is yours to move through at your own pace.
The day closes back in the studio with restorative yoga and sound bath—leaving you soft, held, and replenished.
Your ticket includes:
