Embodying Lasting Change: Find Peace in Who You Are with Leah C. Gardiner

Sliding Scale: $33-55

Pre-Registration Required

Embodying Lasting Change™ is a 90-minute facilitated experience for high-performing people who have done serious inner work.

You can see your patterns clearly, understand where they come from, and still find that certain reactions recur as your life expands.

This work explores why insight alone rarely creates lasting change and guides participants toward the level at which patterns manifest in the body, lineage, and soul.

Through a three-step sequence of guided reflection, somatic bodywork, and a direct embodiment experience, participants leave with a different relationship to themselves—one that holds under pressure, expands, and endures in the moments that matter most.

SLIDING SCALE DISCOUNT CODES:

11OFF ($44)

22OFF ($33)

NOTE: There are 2 free community spots available for this gathering to ensure accessibility to those with limited financial means. To request a free spot, email connect@thebridge-kingston.com.
