ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

Sophia Bruun (she/her) is a certified sound ceremonialist and facilitator with more than a decade of experience teaching and holding spaces for healing and transformation around the world. She holds a BA in psychology from Vanderbilt University alongside extensive international training in yoga, meditation, and sound. Over the last fifteen years, apart from the USA, Sophia has lived in India, China, Thailand, and Denmark and spent extended periods between Egypt, Israel, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Mexico.

Sophia is a lifelong learner, holding the belief that to be an effective teacher one must be an excellent student. She is passionate about holistic wellbeing and empowering individuals and communities to connect with themselves and each other in deep and meaningful ways. Sophia strives to take a grounded approach in her efforts to bridge the metaphysical and the material (Virgo moon) while integrating diverse life experiences to create containers that are truly unique. In her free time you can find Sophia playing an obscure instrument next to a serene body of water, making up recipes in her kitchen, hanging out with animals and sometimes humans, or on a spontaneous adventure in another country (Sagittarius Sun).

Inka Hodes is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Structural Integrator with over ten years of experience in Anatomy Trains Structural Integration. Her work focuses on addressing pain and postural imbalances through the myofascial and neurovascular systems of the body, combining a deep understanding of anatomical structure with an intuitive awareness of the body’s more subtle energetic patterns, often overlooked in modern medical approaches.

Inka is also a trained Ayurvedic Body Therapist. Her approach is rooted in a lifelong passion for holistic healing and mental well-being, with a focus on supporting the body as an interconnected system rather than treating isolated symptoms.

She offers private sessions, workshops, and retreat facilitation designed to support a full nervous system reset. Her work helps regulate the nervous system, deepen body awareness, and release chronic pain and tension.
